the front desk staff greeted me warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in. Breakfast offered a nice variety of foods. the cleaning staff was respectful and thorough. the room was spacious and cleaned daily.
i noticed the bathroom door did not close properly, a minor inconvenience .

Chef bow was amazing. He greeted everyone with a smile at the egg bar. i looked forward to breakfast every morning because of him. buddy was also kind and helpful to our group! i appreciated the staff.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they had a room for me available quickly. it was right in the heart of everything close to shops and the beach (i really liked that). the location was superb.
the room service was very average . we had one experience where the towels were taken away but not replenished (it was frustrating). i expected that being an international brand, well spoken english would be a prerequisite, especially at front desk.
