The location was great. It was close to the subway and major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the free drinks and water available on the second floor 24 hours a day.
The room was somewhat run down. The armchair was stained and looked unappealing. The rug was dirty, and the furniture was beat up. I also noticed there was no bolt on the door.

i stayed for five nights. the location was unbeatable for exploring the area. the free coffee and water stations were convenient (i used them every day!). the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.
the room i had was quite small, with limited space around the bed. this made moving around with luggage a bit difficult.

the beautiful queen room included a comfortable queen bed. the bathroom had dual flush toilets. there was also a water bottle station available on every floor.

a lounge area is on the second floor. the lounge offered coffee, tea, and a printer. the coffee machine grinds beans and makes espresso drinks.

rockefeller center is across the street from this location. radio city music hall is a short walk. the hotel is also close to many subway stations.

I found the chilled water on each floor quite useful. This detail was acceptable.
The safe deposit box situation was not ideal. I thought a safe would be in the room. instead, the safety deposit boxes were located in the basement and were not large enough for my laptop. accessing them required a staff member.
