The hotel room was very clean, i liked that a cafe was just around the corner for morning coffee. the location is fantastic. It is walking distance to many attractions. going out for dinner and then walking past the duomo for gelato in the evening was an amazing experience!
The room got a bit noisy sometimes. It sounded like doors were constantly slamming nearby.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. they were able to quickly address any questions i had. their friendly attitude. I felt very welcome.

the bed was good, i slept well .
the room missed toilet paper when i arrived, it was really unconvenient. the a/c was also broken and i did self-check in late, so no one was there to help. next day the staff gave a roll of toilet paper, but management seemed not to care about my experience.
