The staff were wonderfully kind and accommodating to every request. The rooms exceeded my high expectations with super clean cleanliness and thoughtful touches. I appreciated the daily room service providing fresh linens and towels. The food tasted great. I always felt full and satisfied.
The gym equipment was a little outdated for my personal tastes.

the staff showed great kindness and provided the most helpful assistance i ever experienced. they remembered my name and offered support for all my needs. the spa treatments were reasonably priced and provided an excellent, relaxing service.
sound insulation was lacking in the room and i could hear movement from adjacent rooms and above. breakfast could include more options, specifically for international guests.

the staff offered really good service. lisa, alice, and lucky always gave excellent advice and assistance (i especially appreciated their help with local transportation). the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions, but complimentary bicycles allowed easy exploration. i liked the extensive breakfast with good value.

The staff was friendly, informative, warm, smiley, and fun. They were very cute to everyone. The bed was comfy and clean. the stay is highly recommended.
The breakfast was very poor. I was asked to fill out a pre-order form at check-in when I arrived late. I even had to specify if I wanted bread, butter, coffee, and milk. The gym had limited equipment and was antiquated, and some machines weren't operable.

the room i stayed in had poor sound insulation , and i could hear movement from adjacent rooms. breakfast was below expectations , especially for foreign guests. the hotel was further from the center than i thought , about 25 minutes walking distance.
