The hotel is conveniently located close to the main entrance, although some rooms facing a construction site might impact the overall experience. The rooms overlooking the pool on the same floor as the breakfast room are in need of maintenance, but the service is excellent, especially at breakfast. The hotel offers a variety of services such as room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance.
The hotel has a superb location, right on the riverbank at the heart of the action. The rooms were clean, but a bit musty, under the roof, and not ideal for separate sleeping arrangements. The service had some language limitations but was friendly overall. The dining experience was tasty with local Vietnamese cuisine, yet there were limited breakfast choices. The facilities were adequate, but no labels on food could be problematic for guests with allergies.
Staying at this hotel was like being in a golden fishbowl; I enjoyed the unique duplex room design with a loft and bathroom on the upper deck. However, the music from the adjacent bar could be quite loud at night, slightly affecting the overall experience. The central location next to the swimming pool was both a positive and a negative, depending on personal preferences.
