Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms felt old and not as clean as expected, but they were decorated with beautiful solid wood 'antique looking' furnishing. The service was extremely friendly, although there was room for improvement with some aspects. The location in Zona Rosa was excellent and safe, but there were incidents like guests smoking nearby. The dining experience offered good Salvadoran cuisine but could get a bit repetitive after a few days. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable flaws.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, particularly in the newer building, boasted beautiful solid wood antique furnishings and spacious, clean marbled bathrooms. However, there was a noticeable strong stench of mildew that detracted from the experience. The service, especially the pickup service, was the standout highlight for me, with the staff being polite and very helpful throughout. The location, although a bit challenging to find initially, was great for exploring the city, being close to many restaurants and stores. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the absence of fruits was a noticeable drawback. Facilities were well-kept and convenient.
The hotel had beautiful solid wood 'antique-looking' furnishing and nice-sized marbled bathrooms with hot water but was very old. It was quiet and had all the amenities one could want, but the noise from the common sitting area and garden was a bit disruptive.
