i liked that i had a welcome note. the breakfast buffet had many options. staff was always ready with a smile, this was nice. the location is ideal, this gives easy access to many places.

The hotel staff was friendly. They always help me quickly. The metro station is only two minutes away. This location has good connections around the city. The room included both a shower and a tub and felt spacious. The air conditioning in the room worked well.

The compact size creates a cozy feeling. Modern rooms are bright. I found housekeeping had a good sense of humor. Shower heads always pointed outwards. Complimentary afternoon tea had tasty mini pastries.

The finer details are a slight niggle, such as nowhere to hang two towels.
