tv malfunction overshadowed stay

the location was acceptable, as it was close to many attractions.
the television did not work for the first few days of my stay it was irritating. channels in english were unavailable. staff attempts to fix it failed, ultimately they connected a laptop that only worked occasionally. i thought this was unacceptable for a hotel of this purported caliber.

The staff had a knowledge about the area, suggesting nearby restaurants and things. My room included nice treats upon arrival, a welcome touch. I found the location is excellent, so close to the center. The breakfast selection was substantial and good quality.
The television did not work properly, a slight inconvenience.
