The service provided, especially by Oscar and Javier, is exceptionally helpful and friendly, showing high professionalism and a customer-oriented approach. The location is beautiful and relaxing, near prominent areas like Colon and Salamanca shopping streets, yet requiring a short subway ride for more vibrant tourist spots. The dining experience is top-notch, lasting until late hours and offering delicious options such as made-to-order eggs and fresh juices. The hotel facilities are of excellent quality and value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate, large, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped, offering super comfortable beds and a great range of amenities. However, my room's proximity to the elevator and housekeeping closet was a minor inconvenience.
