The entire hotel was very clean. I appreciate it. I found the location great as it is only a short walk to the center.
The lunch menu seemed unappealing. There was no non-alcoholic beer or cider available, though several were listed. There was only one white wine option available initially.

polite gentlovely roomabrupt girlexcessive parking
the room was lovely and had everything i needed. i had a good night's sleep even though my room faced the main road (it wasn't as loud as i expected). the gentleman on the desk was polite.
the girl on reception seemed very stone-faced and abrupt. she seemed difficult, so her colleague (a man) interrupted her to serve me instead. the parking at the hotel felt excessive. i am not sure why hotel residents are charged to park there.

good varietyparking nightmare
Breakfast had a good variety. The room contained a hairdryer and iron with an ironing board.
The parking situation was a nightmare. I sent a message about parking but got no response, then I arrived to find the car park was full. Staff didn't tell me this beforehand. I had to park elsewhere and walk back with my luggage.
