Acceptable Location , Disappointing Service

The hotel's location near the metro was acceptable , and convenient access was provided.
I was really disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the room , and the bathroom was clearly overlooked during cleaning. I booked a massage , and it was honestly the worst I have ever experienced. When I asked for a late checkout , I received conflicting information about the fees , and the manager's explanation didn't match what I was initially told.

the hotel's location provided direct connectivity to the museum of the future and dubai metro.
I got a corner room, but the checking took too long. It was around 30 mins, even after messaging my arrival time in advance. the room was also different from what i saw in the pictures. getting beach vouchers took at least 5 min to get issued each time, a real hassle if there were reception queues.

The breakfast offered a wide selection and was of high quality.
I found the service to be lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Upon arrival, a request was made for luggage assistance, but it was significantly delayed. the in-room dining experience was disappointing due to the limited menu options after 11 PM and the slow response time.
