the staff was friendly! philip gave me a list of restaurants. it was nice he knew my name and greeted me every day.
I booked a parking space 11 months ago, but it was not honored upon arrival. my car was vandalized. The rear passenger window was smashed.

the staff arranged airport transfers before my stay. they helped with every request. the room i had was cleaned daily and it was very spacious. i also experienced a jazz band in the garden one evening. free champagne and nibbles were available then.
driving around the narrow streets to access the premises was quite daunting. i would prefer easier access to the location.
