The art decor throughout the hotel impressed me. The garden offered a peaceful retreat. the beds ensured restful nights. I found the shower to be excellent. philippe's massage was a great addition.

The staff were helpful. The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic. I saw two cats in the garden one day. The environment was quiet, a BIG plus.
The tea and coffee in the room were not restocked on several days.

The staff spoke good English and their welcome was warm. The reception staff demonstrated cordiality, availability, and courtesy. Breakfast suited solo travelers because staff did not clear tables without confirmation.

hot room restocked coffee
the room size was good and the bed was great too it was also clean
i stayed here for a week but the first night was unbearably hot i asked about the air conditioning and staff told me it was being fixed that day a fan was provided it was not fixed rooms were so hot even with the fan also my tea and coffee was not restocked on four days

The staff seemed friendly enough, a standard expectation I must say.
My room was surprisingly noisy. Normal conversations echoed into my space and walking in rooms above was also easy to hear, so sound proofing isn't their strong suit it seems.
