convenient location fantastic reception personal care faulty heating missing towel rail payment issue
the location was very convenient to see all of the best parts of the area. the reception staff were fantastic (i really appreciated their help). they took care of all of my needs.
the heating did not work in my room and neither did the heated towel rail. i was given a blow heater. i found that i had accidentally paid for four rooms instead of two (i only needed one).

I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. The room included a well-stocked mini bar. The bathroom featured heated floors, A pleasant touch, and the provided toiletries were high-end. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options!
The elevator was a little slow. Though it never caused any significant delays.

supportive staff food recommendations spare time
i stayed at the hotel for business several times and the staff was competent and supportive. i especially enjoyed walks around the hotel during my spare time. the recommendations the hotel provided for food were very helpful. i plan to return.
the breakfast variety did not meet my expectations considering the hotel's rating and standards. i also did not see champagne offered as part of the breakfast service. this aspect could certainly improve.

the rooms were clean and spacious with attention to detail. every detail in our room was beautiful, something i particularly noticed. it certainly added to the experience.

the hotel has valet parking, a very convenient service in a central location. they brought our luggage to our rooms, carefully laying everything out. luggage service continued through departure with a car ready.

breakfast at the hotel included wonderful, fresh selections each morning. i enjoyed a very wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant and found the staff professional and happy to please. the food was wonderful.
