Captain's Club Hotel & Spa enjoys a superb location right on the River Stour, with many guests appreciating the river views from their spacious rooms, including suites with kitchens and multiple bathrooms. The modern and clean rooms feature comfortable beds, and air conditioning in the lounge areas. While most found parking easy and free, a few guests experienced issues with parking fines. A highlight for many is the good English breakfast, complete with seasonal fruits and cappuccino, as well as the convenient water taxi service to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Sandbank, where approximately 500 beach huts are located.

just average, honestly

the location by the river was perfectly acceptable, i must admit.
finding out about the parking situation after i got a fine? not my cup of tea. i mean, the food at lunch was, you know, edible. but then this parking fine for sixty quid? seriously ruins the whole mood. maybe they should send out a singing telegram about the parking next time, it cant be that hard to include in the meal price, really.
