the staff stood out. the hotel's location is convenient.

the breakfast , while adequate , could have offered a few more options to elevate the experience.

the room was spacious , cozy , and included an elevator for easy access. complimentary water was provided daily , a detail i found very convenient and thoughtful. the room's décor added to the overall charm of the hotel.

the breakfast area had an attentive staff, ready to assist. i could order items like fresh juice, bacon, and omelets at no extra cost, a nice touch. the coffee served each morning was excellent.

the staff was attentive and pleasant.

The air conditioning was atrociously noisy and could not be turned off. It prevented me from sleeping much of the night. the noise was unbearable!

The staff was professional , and they provided helpful directions. The breakfast included made-to-order eggs and bacon. fresh juice. I also got useful restaurant recommendations.

The hotel's immediate surroundings felt a bit unsafe , especially during the evening. Also , the air conditioning unit in my room was very loud and disruptive.

Acceptable Hotel, Location a Concern

unsafe location unnerving blocks

The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The location was not ideal, especially walking back at night. I didn't feel entirely safe. The walk from the center took about 15 minutes, but those last few blocks were a bit unnerving.

mixed feelings about this stay

the staff was helpful and friendly to me.

the air conditioning was terribly loud and could not be turned off at all I was not able to sleep well for a large part of the night and it was really frustrating.
