The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a to-go box for breakfast, which i found very convenient. the location is central (easy to walk to main attractions), and the room was super clean.

The gym felt very basic. Some equipment was broken, and there was a lack of water and mats (i would have liked a better equipped workout space).

My beautiful double room was clean and well-kept. It included a lavazza machine for making coffee. the towels were sparkling clean.

The rooftop bar offers fantastic views of etna. It is nice. an afternoon housekeeping service checks if guests need anything, such as soap, shower gel, or coffee for the machine. That was a plus.

the superior double room was well kept the bathroom was particularly spacious it had a bathtub and a separate shower area. the hotel has a rooftop terrace that offers views of the surrounding area

i noticed a slight delay in the elevator service at peak hours

The location proved convenient for exploring. It was EASY to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was consistently attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety.

My room had some minor issues. The air conditioning was not as effective as I would have liked it to be. This made the room a bit too warm at times. I also found the gym equipment to be somewhat limited. It could use some updating to provide a better workout experience.

the location IS GREAT. It's super central, very close to lots of shops and restaurants! the staff WAS HELPFUL, especially at reception, they gave good recommendations. My beautiful double room was quite spacious. it HAD everything I needed.

breakfast WAS A LITTLE disappointing. It was crowded, and often some items ran out quickly. the ROOFTOP RESTAURANT was expensive. the portions were small. The gym WAS BASIC. Some equipment was out of order too.

Excellent Location and Service

helpful staff clean room central location

The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Our room was clean. Its central location made exploring the city very easy. I could walk to most attractions. The rooftop bar offered fantastic views. We enjoyed our visit.

The gym was quite basic, and some of the equipment was not working properly. I was told there was no complimentary water available, an inconvenience. I hope this is addressed soon.

The reception staff was efficient and helpful with check-in. Valet parking was offered for €22 a night. I received assistance with luggage storage. Staff promptly addressed all inquiries.

The rooftop restaurant provided great views of Mount Etna. I found breakfast was served on the first floor, adhering to distancing rules. The selection of food was adequate. I did enjoy the meal.
