Lion'S Rest organizes surf lessons with Lucky, who takes beginners to green waves in 5 lessons. Weekly events include themed dinner nights and a seafood BBQ at around 4,000 LKR per person. Guests can also join movie nights on request and live sport events shown at the bar.

The on-site restaurant serves authentic Sri Lankan-style meals and a breakfast coconut oat bowl with fruits. A Friday night seafood BBQ features fresh mullet cooked to perfection with generous sides. The bar offers cocktails, and special diet menus and kids' meals are available on request.

Rooms feature traditional Sri Lankan-style décor, mosquito nets, large windows, and rain-shower bathrooms.
