The hotel offered a clean and bright environment, nice.
I asked for a quiet room, but the receptionist was unhelpful. The room I got was right above the entrance and across from the elevator. The sliding door made noise all night.

soundproof window night noise
I found the room spacious. It had a kitchen, and that detail meet my expectations.
The noise at night make my sleep difficult. My room was on the second floor, and windows are not soundproof. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

helpful staff nice sauna soundproof window costly breakfast
The hotel staff were really helpful and kind! There was an option to leave my luggage after check-out. The sauna was also a very nice addition and I enjoyed it. The room was clean and well-equipped. I found everything I needed there.
The hotel is between two streets and my windows were far from soundproof. It was very difficult to sleep at night, and my room was on the second floor. The breakfast seemed costly for what it offered!

river view easy check-in free water
I had a room with a river view. It was amazing. the room was big and clean. it included everything i needed. check-in was very easy and quick. the minibar had free bottles of water and beer (a nice touch!).
The windows weren't entirely soundproof. Street noise was noticeable from my second-floor room.

the staff was friendly and helpful. early check-in was accommodated, and the reception is available 24/7. i found the staff responsive to requests and readily available.
