A traditional Panamanian breakfast is served in Los Establos' restaurant, which offers coffee and wine between 16:00 and 18:00. Executive Chef Néstor Núñez prepares an array of Panamanian and international cuisine using locally-sourced produce and wholesome ingredients.

The outdoor oasis features a cascading waterfall that spills into a jetted whirlpool surrounded by luxury loungers. Guests can choose from one of 13 all-inclusive tours available through the onsite tour desk, including coffee plantation tours, zip-lining, and hiking to the Lost Waterfalls.
