I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The rooms were amazing - mine overlooked Ave 5 and had a porch with chairs where I could meditate and enjoy the garden view, it was beyond my expectations. The service was top-notch, especially Michelle who was so helpful and friendly, assisting with all my needs. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of all the activities near the ADO terminal and the ferry to Cozumel. The dining experience was quite good; although there weren't many options, the quality was superb. Overall, a wonderful experience with only minor inconveniences.
Staying at this hotel was an experience of contrasts. The room, although spacious and clean, could not shield me from the incessant noise of the bustling street outside. On the upside, the courtyard view rooms offered a peaceful alternative to the noisy street-facing ones.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the hustle and bustle of PDC with warm, wonderful staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, overlooking the courtyard, and the service was excellent, especially with Ivan's help with transportation and tour advice. The dining options were a bit limited, but the friendly staff made up for it. Overall, a great value for money experience.
