Excellent Stay at Boutique Gem

The AC was strong, and I slept great. The hotel has a jungle oasis feel. The staff was wonderful, and very quick to help. The rooms was big, and I had all the space I needed.
The bath towels were a bit like plastic, but the nice, plush robes more than made up for it.

The hotel has a pool that is heated and offers lovely loungers. There is also a jacuzzi for guest use. The hotel even has its own cocktail bar with many drinks to choose from, so you don't have to go far.

The breakfast was good, and I had plenty of choices. They offer Mexican dishes, but there is also cereal. You can also order toast and omelets to satisfy your hunger. Jelly, salad, and fruit were also options.

The staff was helpful, and gave dining tips. Staff found my tablet, and shipped it to my house. Elieser, Brenda, and Vanesa gave above and beyond service.

the pool is beautiful it also features a nice warm jacuzzi. everyone is helpful and really caring
my room was near a nightclub the noise continued until 3 am. the room needs some tlc specifically in the bathroom and a refresh would benefit it

I found the location to be perfect. It is near everything! The breakfast buffet offered many tasty choices each morning. I also enjoyed the convenience of having Coco Bongo right across the street from the hotel. The staff showed attention to detail. They were very helpful.
The hot water took some time to warm up in the shower.

The pool area includes wooden furniture, large cushions, and ample umbrellas. Towel exchange is readily available through the front desk. There is also a bar open most of the day, serving a selection of drinks and food.

My room was designed with dark wood. It came equipped with a hammock on the private porch. The room also featured double sinks and a spacious shower. The large-screen TV had many channels. The air-conditioning worked very well.
