I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, right on the Arno river with a breathtaking view of the Ponte Vecchio, and just a short walk to all the main attractions of Florence. The service was top-notch, with everyone going out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were a bit small but manageable, and I couldn't control the temperature in the room which was a downside. The dining experience was lovely, especially with the Lounge View, and overall, it was a great value for the money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms worked out perfectly for my family of four, and the large balcony overlooking the river was a dream. However, there was a slight issue with a drain smell if the room was closed up for too long. The service was exceptional, especially after experiencing a mishap on the train. The location couldn't have been better, just off the Ponte Vecchio with super-helpful staff. The dining experience was delightful, although a bit pricey. Overall, it was a great upscale hotel with wonderful amenities.
