i found the location to be very convenient with easy access to many shops i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always available. breakfast was more than sufficient with a great selection of food. the lounge area was comfortable and offered a constant supply of tea and coffee.
the room was facing a busy square so it was quite noisy at night however this did not bother me too much.

the hotel is situated in a very central area the plaza outside the hotel had a lively atmosphere into the late hours it also provided easy access to taxis due to a nearby taxi rank.

a water and juice station was available to guests at all hours of the day the hotel offered luggage storage which was very helpful for early arrivals and late departures a comfortable sitting area provided a nice touch.

the staff were consistently attentive providing smiley service with hot drinks during breakfast pam was very helpful during check-in assisting with luggage storage shirley offered a warm greeting and served smiley face cappuccinos each morning.

rooms featured a high ceiling creating a spacious feel air conditioning worked well ensuring a comfortable room temperature the rooms were well-ventilated this contributed to a pleasant and airy atmosphere within the room.

breakfast offered a wide variety of options from croissants to ham and eggs the selection included several types of croissants each was of excellent quality cappuccinos were freshly prepared and served individually breakfast provided a great start to the day.

the location was very convenient it made it easy to explore the area the breakfast had good options i found something i liked each morning
the room felt cramped it wasn't ideal for a longer stay the wifi signal was weak it made it difficult to get work done

The room I booked, a Double or Twin Room, felt cramped. I also encountered issues with noise from the street (it was quite noticeable until late at night). The Wi-Fi was unreliable.
