awesome poolhelpful staff
the pool was awesome, and i found good dining options. the staff was very nice and helpful.. i loved the attractions there.
I would have preferred more tile areas where you wheel or pull suitcases. It was very difficult to get to the rooms and to the parking with the suitcases..

The staff at the pool were very nice and accommodated all requests. The Uber pickup area was well-organized. I am planning another stay soon!
I requested extra pillows and blankets one evening, but did not receive a call back from the operator. I spoke with housekeeping the next day about it. This was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's architecture is quite unique. Inclinators provide access to the upper floors. i appreciated the clean rooms, and staff were mostly friendly and helpful. i liked the convenient avis rental car return available directly at the hotel. the fitness center featured adequate equipment.
The checkout process was slow. Parking charges included errors requiring about an hour to resolve. they initially billed us incorrectly.
