i found that the staff were always trying to sell me things, even after i declined. it happened a lot!

my two-day getaway was fantastic the front desk staff upgraded my room i got show tickets everyone was helpful and professional i will return the rooms were clean everything was great i loved it. the staff answered my questions with a smile i appreciated their readiness i felt welcomed i would stay here again. i appreciated the helpful suggestions. eric the security director was very good he demonstrated top-tier service he. i really liked him.
i had a small issue with the remote it took a bit to get the volume working but it was fine after
