Welcome to Lux Hotel & Spa, Trademark Collection By Wyndham – Arlington

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, but accommodating only one vanity for four people was a downside. The service was very friendly and quick to resolve issues, but I encountered some inconvenient aspects of the location.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room had an awful odor and some issues with the television, but the staff eventually helped us change rooms. The huge room was suitable for my bride and me despite the initial problems. The location was handy for our trip, though finding the hotel was a bit tricky with all the construction going on. The dining experience was okay, not exceptional as advertised. The service, however, was fantastic from start to finish.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the AT&T stadium where we needed to be the next morning. The rooms were nice and clean with free WiFi, but unfortunately, there was a slight smell of smoke in the smoke-free room. The service was overall very nice and helpful, especially Dee who assisted us throughout our entire stay. The dining experience was good, providing solid meals, although the Italian grilled meat was not up to par. There were some issues in the facilities, particularly with the shower drainage and the low tub without handles, which was a bit concerning. The price paid did not match the treatment received, leaving us feeling a bit shocked.
