convenient stay

superb location delicious breakfast helpful staff clean hotel

the location is superb near the plaza de españa and gran via it is easy to get around with a metro station right outside i found the breakfast delicious with multiple options the staff was also very nice and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel was clean too

the room walls need some decor there were no paintings

this location is excellent for exploring major attractions a metro station provides quick access to other parts of the city many shops restaurants and cultural sites are accessible by foot making it a great base for sightseeing.

the hotel offers a breakfast service with various options the staff was very friendly and available to assist i found that the cleanliness was well maintained throughout the stay adding to the overall positive experience.

the location was acceptable.

My room was freezing. There was no heater. the staff were not friendly at all. i carried my luggage to my room with no assistance. It was infuriating.

superb location luggage storage clean place water replacement body lotion empty dispenser

the location is superb. i was able to leave all my luggage there before checking and after checkout to keep exploring. the place is super clean. breakfast was convenient and great to start the day.

my experience had issues with the facilities. there was only one bottle of water provided on the first day, with no replacements. there was no body lotion. on the final day, the body wash dispenser was completely empty.
