The hotel location allowed easy exploration of the area. The included breakfast offered many choices. I found the staff to be very kind. Oscar and Rosanna were helpful with recommendations and excursion bookings. The hotel features a terrace and hot tub room. Cathedral views were visible at night. I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge. The staff was attentive.
The pool was small.

This hotel was an excellent choice. I opted for Red Level and found it a great addition. I used the complimentary lounge for drinks and snacks. Breakfast included a great selection of quality buffet items. Hot items were well presented.
The hotel wifi was not good. It was difficult to work from my room.
