Welcome to Springhill Suites Houston Intercontinental Airport – Houston

My stay at the hotel was great, with well-thought-out rooms featuring fresh modern decorations. The promotional rate I got at $89.99 was a fantastic deal for a very nice and clean room. The service was helpful and accommodating, especially with airport transfers, although there was a mix-up with dirty towels and room service 'protocol' explanations. The location, just minutes from IAH, was convenient for my activities in the northern part of Houston, with modern furnishings adding to the appeal. The dining experience was good but could have offered a better selection of menu items. Overall, a positive experience.

The hotel rooms were beautifully presented, clean, and spacious, although different than expected. The service was accommodating, allowing us to stay in the room until 3 pm. The location was convenient for my activities in the northern part of Houston, but a bit far from downtown. The dining options were delicious, with a variety of choices, including fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese, and deli meats.

The hotel had some beautiful parts in the room which were very clean and spacious. However, the overall standard fell short of expectations for a Marriott Hotel, my preferred chain. The rooms, particularly with a separate sitting/couch area, were large and clean, welcoming after a long flight.
