I felt right at home at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. The location was superb, making it easy to enjoy Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, and the warm greetings from the staff added an extra touch of hospitality. However, the dining experience was a bit challenging due to availability, and the noise from the floorboards and water noises at night was a downside.

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, ensuring a cozy stay even during wintertime.
Service

The staff, especially Lillian, was amazing and went above and beyond to assist with any issues, like spending time to fix problems with my phone.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was superb, within walking distance to attractions like Rodeo Drive and with a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt like they knew you.
Dining
7.0
Although the dining area was central and convenient, it could be too busy at times with limited food options, leading to having to seek alternatives like Starbucks.
Facilities
The facilities were adequate, offering the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I found my stay at the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though nicely decorated and comfortable, were plagued by noisy creaky floorboards above and loud flushing noises at night. The view was less than ideal, overlooking a car park and a portaloo, but for the price, it was hard to beat. The rooms, though a little tiny, offered great value for money.

Rooms
7.0
Despite the noise issues, the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.
Service

The service was friendly and helpful, especially in moving us to a quieter room on a higher floor.
Location

The hotel's location was amazing, offering great value for its proximity to Beverly Hills landmarks and amenities.
Dining

Dining was a bit tricky due to the busyness and lack of food availability, but there are nearby alternatives like Starbucks and Mosaic for breakfast.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite spacious, but there were some issues with humidity and noise insulation. Housekeeping did not meet expectations and charged my credit card despite my cash payment request.

Rooms

I stayed in the Mandarin King room, which was unique and plenty big enough. The wall-mounted AC unit needed a new filter.
Service
8.0
The staff still went above-and-beyond to ensure my comfort.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was perfect for my purposes. It was nice and convenient to everything LA had to offer, although it could use a refresh in terms of coziness and friendliness.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit of a letdown as it was too busy with no space and food left. I had to opt for Starbucks instead of the hotel's dining options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent but nothing exceptional stood out.
