useful sinksvaried breakfastsafe neighborhood
the room had two sinks, which i found very useful. a continental breakfast was available, and it included more than just muffins and coffee. the neighborhood felt safe, even when i was walking around after dinner.
the air conditioning was REALLY LOUD, difficult to sleep soundly.

The breakfast was not good because it was basic and bland. Healthy or yummy options were not available. The key cards did not work for the whole stay, it needed fixing.

The Wi-Fi signal resembled dial-up from the early 2000s , barely functional. The limited selection of television channels transported me back to a time before streaming services ever existed. That shower curtain clung to me while I showered . I was like I was in a low-budget horror film.

the victorian style created a charming atmosphere, a step back in time really.
The curtain shears in my beautiful king suite room had wrinkles, a detail i noticed immediately. also, the breakfast lacked healthy options. Most items contained added sugar. finally, there was no designated parking on site, a real inconvenience.

Maria kindly upgraded the room to the third floor suite. The room was spacious with a comfortable four poster bed plus sitting room. I found complimentary water, coffee, and breakfast and it was much appreciated.

The hotel staff helped to get a room early even though it was fully booked. They brought a delicious cake with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The front desk agent know what hospitality is.
