The front desk staff were super friendly. I had a very nice room, clean and modern. The location to the airport was very good (perfect for early flights!).
The beds are uncomfortable. Some pillows had a very bad smell. The worst of all was the constant noise all night. People spoke too loud and doors slammed all the time.

The breakfast selection offered a good variety of choices.
The room was very cold, AND the heater didn't seem to function effectively. I couldn't adjust the blinds properly. They kept making noise all night because of the wind. It was really hard to sleep WITH ALL the noise.

the noise was awful, so loud outside. people talked very loudly right outside the hotel and laughed. it was hard to sleep with all that noise.

the bed was super comfy (i slept like a baby!).
the rooftop bar wasn't open , and i was bummed i couldn't use the swimming pool. the location isn't great either, but i guess taxis are easy enough to get.

The staff were really friendly and efficient. the waiter suggested i have the squid as it was fresh and it was fantastic. I charmed by that suggestion, perfectly cooked and tasty, though i was surprised! the rooftop pool and bar area were great with surrounding space.
The location wasn't great! it reminded me of it was in an industrial estate. The surrounding wasn't great. there wasn't tea and coffee making facilities in the room, though that would've been great to have.
