The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. I found breakfast catered to all tastes.

Fantastic Stay!

clean room modern decor tram stop

The room was very super clean and cozy (I appreciated the modern decor!). The breakfast had good variety. This hotel is very handy to the tram stop. I had easy access to the airport using the public transport.

The corridor had some stains on the carpet.

The room included air conditioning and soundproofing. Blackout curtains blocked all light, assuring a restful sleep. The bed was huge and very comfortable for an amazing rest each night.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. Paula and Pablo at reception were especially cute and helpful. Javier, the receptionist, provided helpful service throughout my entire stay.

Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments

odd smell stained carpets

The room had an odd smell. the receptionist suggested it came from the river, but no other solution was offered. they tried to spray the room, but it did not last long. also, i noticed stains on the corridor carpets. I did not expect this from a hotel of this supposed standard.
