adequate stay
walking distanceceiling stains
the location was excellent. sightseeing attractions were easily in walking distance. the hotel is situated across the river from the dancing house.
i stayed in room 103. the stains on the ceiling were not good. the room was located about 15 meters from the reception, so i could hear everything in the evening.

I found the room to be well maintained. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. I especially liked the focus on sustainability, like the amenities and minimal plastic. I also appreciated the informative messages in the bathroom about electricity and water saving.
I did notice that the hotel food menu offered only a few items. There were no bathrobes and slippers provided in my room. This was a service difference compared to a standard room my friends booked. The lack was a bit disappointing for a suite.

the room had a river view, acceptable.
bathrobes and slippers were missing from my junior suite. friends staying in a normal room received these items, i do not understand why i did not. this seemed a significant difference in service quality.

my room was spacious with a riverside view. the hotel is in a quiet area, close to the city center. i took the tram from the main train station upon arrival, very convenient.
the hotel should ensure all room amenities are consistently provided , such as robes. rooms had them , others did not , this was confusing and a bit disappointing.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the room included a safe and a mini bar. there was also a l'or coffee machine. the bathroom has a bath shower with towels and toiletries.
the breakfast selection felt slightly limited. however, the a la carte menu offered excellent pancake and omelette choices.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they arranged all my requests ahead of time. the check in was seamless. they granted my request for an extra hour upon departure.
