I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully furnished with charming Mexican touches and surprisingly spacious. The high ceilings and unique window design added a special touch to the room. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Marcelino and Enrico. The location was fantastic, close to all the action in Merida's centro colonial but still allowed for a peaceful oasis vibe. The dining experience, although light, was a delightful start to the day. The facilities were great, especially the pool area.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and well-kept, with spacious bathrooms and nice toiletries. The service was incredibly helpful, especially with coordinating events. The location was fantastic, close to all the action in Merida's colonial center but still peaceful. The dining options were good but a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money choice.
