The suite we had was immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. They even checked on us to see how our stay was going. The hot tub was readily serviced for our use, and the breakfast was excellent (especially the pancakes!). I would highly recommend this place. There are so many fun activities in the area.

The fan provided in the room was quite noisy. It made sleep difficult.

Breakfast was served on time and tasted unreal. It was a superb experience. I had great choices of coffee/tea and hot chocolate with added bonus of real milk. This was a great plus for the stay.

The hot tub in the room was amazing and relaxing. I enjoyed the sauna bath in the room, it was very refreshing (though it did take a while to heat up). The bed was so comfy, I had excellent rest.

i found the room quite lovely and clean the staff were nice and friendly. i enjoyed a relaxing time in the hottub breakfast in bed was an absolute treat.

the carpet leading to the reception area looked tired and full of leaves. there were no arrival drinks i would expect them in a place of this calibre

The staff was super friendly.

The room was up in the loft. My partner, who is 6 feet tall, couldn't walk around comfortably. The TV was too far from the bed to watch comfortably. The decor felt dated, but the bed was super comfy (this was the only positive part).
