The hotel had beautiful rooms with a lovely hot tub, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Overall, my stay was fantastic, although some noise could be heard in the cinema room, but it was bearable.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were a big wow factor with hot tubs and jacuzzi baths. The food was amazing for our evening meal, and the breakfast was hearty and filling. Thank you for a fantastic break. The service was perfect, with friendly staff willing to help with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute drive into Bowness, and the hot tub and sauna in the suite were great. The dining experience was brought to our room and was enjoyable, though there were some disappointing aspects. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The rooms offered great facilities with a Jacuzzi and coffee machine but were unfortunately adjoined to a construction site, affecting the overall experience. The service was a bit inconsistent with some staff being very nice and clean while others showed no interest and lacked customer service skills. The location was convenient for walking into town but felt more like a B&B than a luxury hotel. The dining experience varied from amazing to disappointing, ranging from vast choices to reheated and unenjoyable dishes. The facilities were decent overall, providing necessary amenities despite some drawbacks.
