I stayed at this hotel during my trip and it had its ups and downs. The rooms were not exactly like in the photos, but they offered nice views over the area. The carpet was a bit dirty, and the breakfast was quite basic. The service was adequate, but there were some areas for improvement. The location in Bukit Bintang area was convenient, but it was a bit noisy with the massage parlour people in the back alley. The dining options were limited, but at least the rate was reasonable.
