My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and disappointments. The room exceeded my expectations with a nice king bed, a living area connected to a balcony, and beautiful decor. However, the room service was lacking as dirty glasses were left, towels were insufficient, and the leaky shower door caused the bathroom floor to flood.
Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms were amazing, with exceptional service ever given for guests, and they were fabulous and spacious with everything I needed provided. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff including the amazing front of house ladies, housekeepers, and restaurant staff. The location was both very central and convenient, unfortunately close to the highway, but the staff and quality of the place make up for it. The dining experience was amazing and fresh, with no buffet, meaning your meals are perfectly made for you.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally spacious with a spectacular view, and the modern design added a nice touch. The service was superb, making me feel like taking it with me in my pocket when I left. The location was very central and convenient, although it was slightly close to the highway. Staying in the presidential suite made me feel like royalty with rose petals, chocolates, and a bottle of wine; the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and tidy with a large bed. Unfortunately, the location next to the noisy N1 highway was a disaster, but the central convenience was a plus. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, facing the motorway, and always kept clean. They far exceeded my expectations, even compared to larger luxury branded hotels I've stayed in before. The service here is on a whole different level - incredibly friendly, polite, and always going the extra mile. The location is convenient, near Lynnbridge Mall and Menlyn, making it easy for me to explore the area. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and well-appointed, with lots of cupboard space, but the noise from the 6-lane motorway surrounding the hotel could be heard inside, and there were disturbances from children playing and shouting in the nearby gym at 5.00am.
The hotel's rooms were extremely small and had a lot of noise at night, but they were nice and comfortable; the Black Bamboo restaurant lived up to its awards. The service was very accommodating, friendly, and met all expectations. The location was recommended for travelers and well-kept, despite being hidden and dangerous after 17:00. The dining experience was superb with delicious options like eggs benedict and omelette. The facilities were nice overall.

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests. However, the children playing and shouting in the gym at 5.00 am was a bit of an early wake-up call.
