the room had two separate sinks. there was a rainfall shower. the spa offered relaxing massages and facials.

The check-in process was very fast and professional. The staff was always helpful whenever I needed anything. The place is indeed wonderful.
The food was the worst I have had at any hotel. I paid for half board, including breakfast and dinner. Dinner was almost inedible. I had to stay for three nights experiencing terrible food and a terrible experience.

The staff was perfect and friendfull. Check-in WAS very fast and profesional. We have organized transport by TRAVEL Office from Poland. Staff always help me when i need.
The room was small and the smell to humidity spoiled a bit the whole experience. It IS so strong that the first night I did not sleep at all and i was freezing. The smell of the pillows WAS also terrible due to the same reason.
