I had a really mixed experience at the hostel. While the location in Old Town Quito was great and allowed easy access to many attractions, I faced several issues during my stay. The room I was given initially was small and uncomfortable, with no hot water, and the service was inconsistent. Although the staff did their best, it felt like they were overwhelmed at times. Overall, there were some positives, but several negatives that affected my enjoyment.
