I appreciated the staff member alexander who found a parking space. the complimentary wine was a pleasant surprise and accompanied my dinner well. i used the gym and pool, both were good. my room had everything i needed. I had a comfortable, clean space.
The car park was tight. Navigating the poles was challenging.

Fantastic inner-city stay

great selectionfree busfriendly staffamazing views
The included breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection (i loved the pastries!). The location was perfect, with a free bus stop right outside. I found the reception staff very friendly, and they quickly provided extra towels for the pool. The views from the top floor were AMAZING, a great way to end my trip.
I did spot a few minor repairs needed in the bathroom, nothing major though.
Location
9/10
This hotel has a GREAT location near the city centre and train station. The free Spring Hill loop bus stops right outside, a true convenience. It is within walking distance to Suncorp Stadium too.
Facilities
8/10
The pool area includes afternoon shade, really needed after a day exploring. There IS a restaurant that opens in the evening, preparing fresh and well-cooked products. Drinks downstairs in the alfresco area most afternoons felt very pleasant under the heaters.
Rooms
9/10
My spacious room featured a good shower. I also appreciated that the beds felt comfortable. Netflix was available in multiple languages, a plus for international travelers. Rooms offer amazing views, especially those on the higher floors.
