the hotel features a cute rooftop area and a lovely lobby. i particularly appreciated the beautiful bathroom tiles. it is a true oasis developed by an art lover. the grounds were quiet and well-kept and offered a short walk to key locations.
i found the air conditioning to be quite loud. it made sleeping difficult. hotel room doors banged when closing adding to the disturbance. coffee served at breakfast should be avoided.

The room had good size. the staff were friendly and always helpful. the location is good. I could easily go out by bus or underground.
the hotel has steps to get into it with no ramp. it was a real struggle to get luggage down those stairs, the staff in the restaurant for breakfast were unfriendly

The room was serviced daily and it was very clean. The hotel is close to the train station. I quickly boarded high-speed trains. The staff were always helpful .
The air conditioning made a loud noise. The noise occurred when the fan was on its highest setting. I had to use a standing fan to resolve this issue.

the reception staff were amazing and very cute. the location is convenient with a short taxi ride to popular destinations. the breakfast service was excellent every day (i really enjoyed the pastries!). i appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
the room key cards stopped working several times . there were steps to enter the hotel with no ramp (this made luggage handling difficult). the gym's air conditioning was not effective.
