dining guides good variety
The front desk staff WAS polite and helpful with providing dining guides. Breakfast had A good variety of choices. The food was prepared with obvious care.
the HOTEL signature scent was strong, and I have sensitivities to strong smells.

lovely view great view convenient proximity
the reception on the 16th floor presented a Lovely view of the tokyo tower. the room itself was very nice, also having a great view. the hotel's proximity to the station and ginza's main shopping avenue was quite CONVENIENT.
the decor felt a LITTLE dated.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport limousine bus stop. This made transfers with luggage much easier. the room included complimentary amenities like toothbrush sets and skincare products. the staff quickly addressed our requests, such as arranging a taxi at short notice. I appreciated their help.
the hotel's signature scent was quite strong. it bothered me, particularly in the lobby.

This hotel has proximity to major shopping stores. convenience stores are located nearby. the hotel is an easy walk to Shimbashi subway station. It's approximately eight minutes away.

The room had a bed that was comfortable. the room was cleaned daily. the room view overlooked the city. It was MAGNIFICENT. i also found the elevators to be fast.
