The cava surprise i arranged? a total flop. it arrived late, and the note i wanted? gone! instead, i got a generic hotel card. So thoughtful. also? the housekeeping wasn't exactly super clean. Found some dust bunnies under the dresser. it's the little things.

the rooftop bar offered amazing city views (i enjoyed several sunsets there). i found the location ideal, providing easy access to many local attractions. the hotel provided complimentary bottled water and coffee refills daily, which i appreciated.
The room i booked was quite small. Next time, i'll choose a larger option for more space.

Breakfast included a wide selection of items. I especially liked the fresh fruit. the rooftop bar served tapas, also (i thought these were a good option for a light evening meal). the breakfast area offered plenty of seating.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance with questions and directions. housekeeping kept the room very tidy. It was cleaned daily. staff quickly resolved a minor issue i had with the room's safe.

The hotel's location is great, so close to everything. The rooftop bar had good views too. The staff are helpful and friendly that always makes me happy.
The street noises were really loud at night, even when I shut my window. I was on the first floor and it got really annoying. The noise made it difficult for me to sleep sometimes.
