The location was unbeatable. I found myself steps away from key attractions and great restaurants. the room provided tea and coffee facilities, and i appreciated the daily restocked bottled water. the staff were efficient and sold tram tickets at reception. the comfortable bed allowed restful nights.

The air conditioning made a bit of noise. I turned it off for sleep, so the room became a little too warm.

The location allowed us to visit the entire city by foot. The staff were very helpful especially the staff at reception. I was pleased to change to a room with a large window.

The elevator had a slight mechanical issue once, but it was resolved quickly.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly at both reception and the bar. the breakfast options were healthy and satisfying. the room was clean and included a safe and coffee machine. fresh chilled water was available on the ground floor at all times.

the air conditioning was quite noisy. i had to switch it off to sleep. the room became very hot as a result.

location was super central so everything was close. my room had just enough space and a comfy bed. i really like the staff, they was cordial and helpful. a place for my bags helped a lot, i use the bagagerie offer.

my room had just a small window near the floor, so it was hard to see outside, it was like a room without a window.

the hotel's location was central, and i was very close to many restaurants. the staff provided friendly service, and i found a free water fountain in reception, very nice. the hotel was very clean, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
