great bathroom comfortable shower
I loved the location because it was super close to the museum area and just a short walk to the city center. the bathroom was also great. It felt wide and the shower was especially comfortable (i really liked it!).
the spa cost extra per person, and you could only use it if you paid and booked in two-hour blocks. i wish i'd known this before, as i might have booked a different hotel with free spa access.

cold bath unsupportive pillows
the spa was a real letdown, i paid extra for a cold bath. the massage reminded me of just a bit of stroking. also, those pillows offered near zero support making for a difficult sleep. i expect better, especially at this price.

The hotel's location was excellent it was near the prado museum. I walked to many attractions from the hotel. The room provided was very spacious it was a great surprise. The breakfast included many fresh options i enjoyed that.
The gym was quite small it only had limited equipment.

The breakfast area had a wide selection of fresh bread items and pastries available daily. The coffee machine made delicious cappuccinos i liked those. There were also gluten-free options available upon request.

The hotel is a short walk from the thassen-bornemisza museum. Several restaurants with outdoor seating are near the hotel. Retiro park is easily accessible on foot i enjoyed this.

the location is good. it is close to museums and transportation. the room is spacious and the bathroom has a wide shower.
i noticed a slight noise from hotel staff moving trolleys around the corridors in early morning.

amazing hotel experience!
smooth check-in excellent location amazing omelettes
the check-in was smooth and the hotel felt safe. the location is superb for accessing sights and shopping areas. i particularly enjoyed the ice lemon infused water.. it was a very nice touch. wendy at the front desk was amazing. the breakfast selection was delicious, offering amazing omelettes and coffee. i felt energized every morning.
i noticed some areas in the corridors looked to need some attention.

i appreciated the hotel's location near the museo del prado. the gran via was also within easy reach. manuel and sofia at the front desk were very helpful with local recommendations.
the spa had an extra cost, this was unexpected. i would have chosen a hotel with free spa access if i had known this beforehand.
