I found the hotel very clean, a real plus. the rooftop terrace pool was amazing. I really enjoyed relaxing there. the staff were helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. the rooms were spacious. I definitely appreciated the extra room.
the bathroom floor flooded after showers because of the design!

The staff welcomed us with complimentary bubbly, setting a cheerful tone. the location was excellent, providing easy access to local restaurants, the gothic quarter, las ramblas, and the beach.
the noise level at night was surprisingly high. Drunken conversations and loud music from nearby restaurants continued into the early hours.

our room was very very comfy and tidy with modern interior design. i especially liked the welcome buffet, the hotel was generous with free treats. lindt chocolates arrived at our door on the second day.

the hotel location is close to many local restaurants and bars, so it was easy to find places to eat and drink. the gothic quarter, las ramblas and the beach were also within walking distance. buses and metro were easily accessible too.

the staff members were very kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. claudia, a staff member, gave excellent custom recommendations for food and activities. everyone was smiling and said hello, even the cleaners.

the rooftop bar had an amazing view, so beautiful overlooking the buildings on an evening. i could easily rent a bike right outside the hotel! the rooftop pool was beautiful and the food and drink options were great.
