the grounds were super clean the rooms were cleaned daily the grounds looked exactly like the pictures the pool area is fine. i thanked the chefs on numerous occasions the food was cooked to order every night from a menu. unal baran volkan and gokhan were observant and helpful staff.

I found the poolside bar offered a refreshing escape with expertly crafted cocktails. the breakfast buffet included many options, such as fresh pastries and local cheeses. yoga classes near the main bar offered a surprising start to the day. i found the staff helpful. They quickly arranged transportation and provided local insights.
the walk to the beach involved a small hill, which can be a bit tiring during the day.

The food in the restaurant tasted good and were a good value.
I discoverd the shower door was broke when I arrived. They sayd someone would be there to fix it but no one came. The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied before I get there, and one of the mirror in the bathroom looked filthy. They didn't even apologize when I told it at reception.

The hotel gardens were maintained okay.
The shower head in my room fell off and struck my arm and foot. Staff didn't seem to care much, and the manager doubted my story, an accident book was nonexistent. My toe is now severely bruised.

The hotel was refurbished to a very high standard. The staff was cute and polite, always making sure I had everything I needed. I was pleased with the breakfastwith continental buffet options plus hot items and stations for pancakes and omelettes.
