amazing STAY in paradise
attentive service delicious meal very nice massage
the staff provided attentive service without fail. Every meal i had was delicious. i found the massages very nice. i was impressed by the amazing view from the suite.
the hotel IS somewhat remote, so accessing alternative dining or entertainment options outside the resort requires advance planning and transportation.

the staff responded quickly to requests, arranged transportation and responding to inquiries with efficiency, also i noticed multiple staff members addressed guests by name.

the infinity pool featured a tiered design, appearing to cascade into the jungle below, the spa offered treatments in open-air pavilions, allowing guests to enjoy natural sounds during their appointments.

spider webs unexpected charge
the ROOM was not as clean as expected , i noticed several spider webs throughout the space. i ALSO had an issue when checking out , as i was charged for a broken key. This felt unnecessary and detracted from the overall experience. i HOPE management addresses these issues to improve future stays.
